SNEPTED Online Store Terms and Conditions for Providing Services by Electronic Means
1. General Provisions
Definitions
1.1. "Seller" – the owner of the SNEPTED online store, conducting business under the name Snepted Dorota Galik, with its registered office at ul. Spokojna 2, 06-200 Maków Mazowiecki, Poland, NIP: 7571303967, REGON: 551318913.
1.2. "User" – any natural person who uses the services provided by the online store, makes a purchase, or uses other services offered by the Seller.
1.3. "Store" – the online store available at SNEPTED, where the Seller offers its Products.
1.4. "Products" – goods offered in the online store, the sale of which constitutes the Seller's business activity.
1.5. "Terms and Conditions" – this document, defining the rules for using the online store and the terms of sale and service provision.
Scope of Services
3.1. The online store allows Users to:

browse the Product range,

place orders,

obtain information about Products,

make payments for ordered Products.
Conclusion of Contract
4.1. The sales contract is concluded when the User receives a confirmation of order acceptance for processing.
4.2. The contract is concluded once the Buyer receives an email confirming the order.

Contracts for electronic services and sales are concluded with the Seller via the Store.

The Seller's business activity involves the sale of clothing and accessories (hereinafter referred to as "Products").

The Store enables:
-
(A) obtaining information about Products available for purchase through the Store,
-
(B) placing orders ("Orders") by Users ("Buyers"),
-
(C) browsing the site via a mobile version for Users accessing through mobile devices.

The term "Consumer" refers to a User who is a natural person making a legal transaction with the Seller not directly related to their business or professional activity, in accordance with Article 221 of the Polish Civil Code.

To place an order, the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is required by checking the appropriate box in the order form.

Using the Store does not incur any charges for the User.
2. Orders

Orders in the Store can be placed by natural persons, legal persons, and organizational units without legal personality to which the law grants legal capacity.

Orders can be placed via the form, without registration.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is required to place an order.

Orders must include:

A. User’s full name

B. Delivery address

C. Email address
-
D. Phone number
-
E. Product name and quantity
-
G. Chosen delivery method
-
H. Chosen payment method
-
Finalizing the order is done by clicking the “Place Order” button, which confirms that the form is correctly filled in and that the User is aware of the obligation to pay, including selected delivery costs.

If the order form is incorrectly filled out, the Buyer may modify it via Instagram message or email or cancel it completely if it has not yet been shipped.

After placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided.

The contract is concluded once the Seller confirms the start of order processing via email.

The Seller may suspend order processing if there are doubts about the accuracy of the provided data and will contact the Buyer to clarify.

If ordered Products are unavailable, the Seller will inform the Buyer and agree on a refund method. In case of temporary unavailability, the Seller will inform the Buyer of the expected fulfillment date.

The Buyer may optionally include order comments.

Orders are processed in the order they are received.
3. Prices and Payments

Product prices are gross prices (including VAT). Delivery costs are indicated separately before finalizing the order.

Payment for ordered Products should be made within 1 business day.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices and delivery costs, particularly due to changes in courier service rates. This does not apply to orders already being processed.
4. Shipping

Delivery is available within Poland, Europe, and the United States.

Shipping times are specified in each Product’s description.

Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Products are delivered via InPost or DPD couriers in Poland and via Polish Post (Poczta Polska) internationally.

Shipping costs are indicated during the order process.
5. Returns
-
Consumers, in accordance with Article 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the Product, bearing only the direct return shipping costs. The statement of withdrawal must be sent before the deadline to: sneptedclo@gmail.com.

Products must not show signs of use.

Consumers return Products at their own risk and cost.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Seller will refund the Product price promptly, but no later than 14 days after accepting the return, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to Products made to the Consumer's specifications (custom orders), according to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.
6. Complaints

The Seller ensures delivery of defect-free Products to Consumers.

The Seller does not provide a warranty for its Products.

The Seller allows a measurement tolerance of up to 2 cm for clothing Products.

In case of receiving a defective Product, the Buyer may request a repair or replacement.

Complaints should include:

C. Justification of the complaint

The Product and complaint should be sent to the address provided after contacting the Seller via email: sneptedclo@gmail.com.

The Seller will respond to complaints within 14 days.

During the complaint process, the Seller may request additional information or documentation.

After resolving the complaint, the Seller will inform the complainant about the acceptance or rejection of the complaint (rejections will be justified).
7. Final Provisions
Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the Store's website and will come into force upon publication unless stated otherwise. Orders placed before changes will be fulfilled under the previous Terms and Conditions.
Validity of the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of April 8, 2025, and replace all previous regulations. By placing an order, the User confirms they have read and accepted these Terms.
Seller’s Liability
The Seller is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including force majeure, third-party actions, or other circumstances not attributable to the Seller.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the application of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by the competent court for the Seller’s registered office, following applicable law.

Availability of the Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions are available to Users 24/7 on the Store’s website at SNEPTED.
